Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
During sale periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any significant delays by email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Domestic Shipping (India)
Once shipped, orders within India are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time. If you haven't received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears stuck in transit or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com and we'll do our best to help. Please note that international delays due to customs are outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Bonbia Swimwear is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com — we'll try to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.
