We process orders quickly, so please contact us at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

Check your spam or junk folder first! If it's not there, contact us at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com and we'll sort it out for you.

We recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Bonbia pieces are designed with larger cup sizes in mind, so they're built to support and flatter your natural shape.

For bikini tops, size up or down based on coverage preferences, and for bikini bottoms and resortwear, size up for better comfort. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us at hello@bonbiaswimwear.com and we'll help you find your perfect fit.

We ship within India and to the U.A.E.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders within India typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–15 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International customers (in countries other than India) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

We also don't accept returns on sale items or gift cards. More information here.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.

We recommend returning the item you have and placing a new order for the piece you'd like once your return is accepted. This is the fastest way to get what you want.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid wringing, twisting, or tumble drying. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.
